We promised, now it's time to pay out! When John Cochran and I debuted our HUD Wholesaling program, we promised the profit from our first closed transaction to one of the first 30 customers who took quick action and bought the program. Well, the transaction closed and the profit was nearly $4,000! So, we asked those first 30 customers whether they'd like to see the profit given to one person (like from a random drawing) or divided equally among all 30. The overwhelming choice? Divide it up. So, that's what we're doing. Each of those first 30 customers will receive an actual check from us for $133.24 for taking action and enrolling in the program.
