Profits Coming In A Month: Melody Lane Rehab Winding Down

We’re just a few weeks from putting this house on Melody Lane on the market. This is another Fannie Mae bank-owned foreclosure that we are rehabbing. We’ve done a lot of work in this house, but when it’s done, it will be move-in ready for the new owners. We completely redid the bathrooms and kitchen, and throughout the house put in new flooring, painted, made any drywall repairs and finished the basement. Half of the basement will be for utilities and half for living, with space for another bedroom or a den. There’s about 2,000 sq. ft. of living space in this house. Our goal is to put it on the market for $149,900, and we’re into this house for $82,000. Our goal, as with all our houses, is to walk away for a minimum profit of $40,000. We’re stating the countdown to the property launch so we can get it sold and move on to the next project!
