I always truly enjoy catching up with our students to see
where they are and how their real estate investing career is going. We have
many great success stories here at SREC that I’m proud to share – but this one
in particular truly shows how resilient we can be.
Hurricane Katrina hit 10 years ago exactly this past August
and was named one of the five deadliest hurricanes in the history of the United
States. It is currently ranked as the third most intense United States
landfalling tropical cyclone.
Katrina caused severe destruction along the Gulf coast from
central Florida to Texas, but the most significant number of deaths occurred in
New Orleans, Louisiana, which flooded as its levee system failed, in many cases
hours after the storm had moved inland. Almost 80% of the city became flooded –
and the water lingered for weeks.
At our last live event in Dallas, Texas, we had the pleasure
of catching up with SREC student, Michael Johnston, who was happy to share his
testimonial with us:
Can you imagine if you lost not only your home and
everything you had worked so hard for – but also your city? We are honored that
Michael turned to us to help guide his real estate investing business that was
doing OK to giving him tremendous success.
Michael has made more money in the past six months than he
would have in about three years. He already has next year mapped out and he’s
planning on flipping even more houses to make MORE profits by using our
business blueprint.
I NEVER hold back information in any of my training - what I
do on a daily basis in my business is EXACTLY what I show my students.
Are you ready to be my next success story?
