After weeks of banging my head against the wall for a solution, it hit me...and...


Something every business owner (no matter how big or small) should do from the get-go...I called a 'Defcon 4' meeting with my entire team (thankfully, they're a LOT SMARTER than me!)
I asked each of them to carefully systemize each and every aspect of their jobs. Why? Because then I could see where I was falling short, where the holes were in my business. They honestly went above and beyond the call of duty to get it right. The last thing I wanted...or needed...was to find out I was wrong in my thinking and headed down the wrong track. But something amazing happened...
