I received $80,000 from one of my contacts to fund a rehab project. Bought the property on auction.com for $45,500. The remaining money will be used to rehab the house. We anticipate a net profit of $40,000 and 4-5 months to complete. The investor will earn about $8,000 in 6 months. In this video I go through all the paperwork and steps involved in this transaction.
