In this video, we revisit the house on Manchester Road. The last time you saw it 7-8 weeks ago there was a lot that had to be done to make this ready to go on the market. It’s starting to come together now. We have about 2-3 weeks to go, and in that time the house will get the finishing touches.
Our total investment is $70,000, and we plan to list it for $139,900. The profit potential is huge. A potential private investor will be looking for certain things in a deal, and I explain all that to you in this video.
