In this video, I walk you through the completion of our biggest rehab project to date – on 4034 Manchester Rd. We invested nearly $40,000 in renovation costs in this house, and it's a gem now! We completely renovated the basement and kitchen, changed the downstairs floor plan, renovated the second floor to make a complete "teen suite" with full bath, and turned the third floor into a master suite with tons of closet space and a full bath. The house sits on a huge, one acre lot directly across from an elementary school. We're into this house for $70,000, and will list it for $139,900, which leaves us a huge profit margin, using none of my own credit or money.
