The Profit Train Keeps Rolling: Demo Underway

We're just starting demo on the house at 2284 Bailey Road in Cuyahoga Falls. We bought it about 30 days ago and are just now getting our crews here since they've been busy finishing up other projects. This house needs mostly cosmetic work, so I anticipate it being done in about 4 weeks. We'll do our standard rehab and stand to make a hefty profit on this one.
