As we wrap up 2014 and start a new year TODAY... I'm excited to look back at all we've accomplished together.

Thanks to you for an incredible 2014. We've had our best year ever in our company's histories.
We flipped more houses... sold more houses for clients... raised more private money... made more loans to students and grossed and netted more profits THIS YEAR than in any year in the last 10 years I've been in real estate.
We did it right. We invested in real estate like crazy... and simply put... we taught what we do. Plain as can be. We taught with complete transparency and authenticity. We told you what worked and what didn’t.
AND our students have had their best year ever too. Flipping more houses and making more money than ever before.

Considering 3 years ago I was recovering from cancer, I had lost 50 pounds... and my physical, mental and financial world was crumbling around me... it brings me to tears just how much can be accomplished in such a short period of time.
I'm so proud of YOU.

and the rest of my family.
