Florida’s ‘Admendment 4’ Would Give Voters Say on Overbuilding

Florida always has something interesting going on. This is a definite must read and a possible to something I just haven’t been able to figure out... namely, if we’ve overbuilt our housing capacity so much why are developers still building?


Sure, like you... I know the reasons. But wouldn’t it be nice to have a say in what happens to that dairy farm you moved next to because you wanted some opens space?
