Foreclosed, vacant homes a headache for neighbors

Whenever I would begin working on a short sale for a vacant house, invariably neighbors would see me working on the property –– cutting the grass and doing odd jobs –– and would stop to ask me a few questions.  The first thing that they’d want to know is if I was moving in.  But what many of them really wanted was to thank me for taking care of an eye-sore.

This article brought some of those good memories of the short sale business back to mind.
