Our friend Ron Ballard has been a great resource for the SREC community in California. But when this latest post landed in my email box I knew I needed to put it up on this site.

You need to read this, even if you don’t do business in California! This is information that you can’t miss if you’re in the short sale business. Ron does an excellent job breaking down a catch-22 that each short sale investor (and real estate agent) faces when filling out certain documents that the banks request.
