Another good thing to check is the national sex offender database to see who’s in the immediate area. The next one is obvious – how is the school district? How far away are amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, parks, entertainment options? How’s the walkability of the area? Find out what other homes in the area are selling for – what is the trend? Finally, check out the condition of the neighbors’ properties – are they kept up well, do the homes need repairs? All these factors together will make sure you find the right home in the right place.
