Remember how just a few years back people refuted the idea of a housing bubble? Those that kept pointing out that growth in housing was unsustainable were openly ridiculed...
But for me the question is, if Americans can’t make tons of easy money just by living in a house, what will they do next? There’s so much transition today... but in all that transition I see opportunity!
