Here’s a good story I picked up in the Sunday Washington Post that reports that many homeowners facing foreclosure are turning to short sales as a way out. The problem... the lack of response from the banks. What the story fails to address is that many of these homeowners are working with Realtors who are inexperienced and who lack the necessary knowledge to navigate ?“the short sale jungle.” For many years, that’s been the primary mission of SREC.
