As some of you may know, my background prior to real estate was in financial advising. I thought about the people I used to help by put their funds into the stock market, annuities and mutual funds. Shortly into my career in real estate investing, it sunk in that I could be using a lot of my time and effort into raising private money to fund these real estate investments. Raising the money from these same people I used to help before. It would help increase turn-around time on properties and the overall flexibility of not waiting on bank or credit union approvals.

Maybe some of you have enough money to fund one or two real estate investments, but you want to do more than that. Maybe you’re just starting out and you don’t have the best credit or any savings. These things should not hinder you from getting into the business. This is why I started to focus on raising private money. I am so confident that if you follow my business plan and have the desire to succeed, you can! And we can help with funding.
