Interview with Justin Colby of the Science of Flipping Podcast

Recently I was able to catch up with a special guest Justin Colby, Co-Founder and President of The Science of Flipping, Omni Investment Group and Phoenix Wealth Builders on my latest episode of Strategic Real Estate Investing Radio. Omni and Phoenix Wealth Builders are both professional real estate investment companies specializing in purchase, rehab, and flipping of distressed property in the Metro Phoenix Area.

Justin has been in real estate investing since 2007, which is right around the same time that I started hosting live events. It was also about the same time the markets were changing and all the conventional rules of real estate investing were being thrown out of the window. Last year, Justin and his partner flipped 96 homes and as a whole and they have flipped and wholesaled over 300 properties to date.

We discussed the current market situation and what Justin’s top strategies are for finding the best wholesale deals.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Strategic Real Estate Coach shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. 11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND OHIO, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Ohio having jurisdiction.
